I just joined Snap Fitness a week ago, and have been working out every day there. My body weight has stayed the same the entire week! I was hoping I would see results faster, but maybe it will just take a while??? I have been doing the arc trainer machine for at least 30 minutes, sweating bullets!! I also do the exercise bike for about 20. I am slowly integrating the weights in, but only doing like 10-15 minutes of that. Why is the weight not coming off? My body feels different, my muscles are tight(especially in my legs). I know I am getting a good workout every time. I also am on WW, so wondering if I should be eating more since I am working out more. The machines are telling me that I am burning anywhere between 350-450 calories for the time I am working out. Anyone have any advice???
