anyone join Ignite to do Stream electricity sales from home?

Hi all. A friend of mine approached me to join up with Ignite to sell electricity supply with Stream. This is only in PA, NJ, MD, Texas and a couple other states that I cannot remember.

If you have, how did it go for you? I know you need to sign up ten houses to switch to Stream, as well as get three others to sign up under you, in order to have "succeeded." Did you do that?

If you did, was it easy or hard? Did you have plenty of willing friends and family to not only switch to Stream but sign up as well? Or, are you like me, who really is not that connected with tons of willing f&f's.

If you have done this well or quit it after a while, please tell me about it. I am debating, but I think it's an uphill battle.

Sounds like multi-level marketing to me. While it is probably not a scam, having to sell others to participate is a very much down side.

It actually is a reputable company. Just a hard thing to do. Of course, my friend is super successful at it.

yes, it appears there is currently court cases in Texas and Georgia regarding the legality.
