Anyone interested in a post-convention DIS cruise?

This has been mentioned as a possibility, depending on interest. There is a 4-day cruise that sails on Sunday, Dec. 2. Depending on the price, I could be very interested! Does anyone have an interest in a DIS cruise after the convention?

Nancy, as much as I would love to do that, it's not something I can do this time. For one thing, I will be going on the cruise in October. And, while DH doesn't have a problem with me going to the convention without him, he would mind me doing a cruise without him. Maybe DIS-Con 2002! Ï

Barb - I hope you'll have a great time in October! I mentioned the possible cruise to DH today, and he said, "There's a waste of money"! I hadn't planned on taking him or the kids with!

Hmmmmm....sounds interesting Nancy. I could be persuaded. I have the feeling that it will be cost-prohibitive for many of us, however.

I checked it out and this cruise is at Peak season. I might have pursuaded DH if it was in the Value season price range. Might there be any convention discounts for this cruise ?

Ok...I just called DCL, and the CM told me that this year there is no value or peak season. It's all the same, then they base the prices on how full the ship is. The fuller it gets, the higher the price. If it looks like they're not going to be that full, they'll offer more discounts.
