Anyone hired an apartment or villa in Alcudia

Hi

I am looking into next years holiday, as much as I want to return to Florida next year I dont think it will be possible. Also I would like to have a relaxing and a short haul flight after three long haul flights this year it will be nice for a change.

The reason I like it is because of the beach front location, which is what I want. Its close to resturants and shops.

Has anyone hired any villas from anyone? Also how do you know its all legit? I trust holiday-rentals. My fear is that it doesnt exist or its fully booked or something will go wrong on arrival.

Anyone have any tips??

We too are not going to WDW next year as we are buying a place in spain. We have been looking on a lot of the websites for renting villas as our friends would like to come out with us and I could not believe how cheap some of the villas were and they look so nice. Until I read your post I never thought about that they may not exist when you get there! Not sure how you can overcome this overthan perhaps ask for contact details of other guests who can recomend for you. My boss at work uses these websites all the time and has so far always been lucky and found great villas. She is looking at mallorca next summer.

I have with car hire, Alcudia is great been there four times, the beach is great, and so many places to eat, ensure its in the town though some our out of town.
