You could always ask but I don’t see how it would work with the setup. You don't have a set server for your table and it ran like a well oiled machine getting through the event and everyone out when it was over. They didn’t ask if you were ready for the check, they just brought it.

They did/(maybe not anymore) have a bar at Palo. Can you get a drink and appetizer at the bar? Desert? Too high end for that right?

When we did it, the restaurant was not otherwise open. It was for the event only. They brought us in for the event, and when it was over we were escorted out.
