My DS20 found this web site and would like to know if anyone has heard of them, He said they have $5 laptops, he says it is like ebay bidding.

It is like ebay, except it costs to bid, and each bid adds time to the auction. Wasn't worth it to us- we invested a few dollars but were never able to win anything. If you had enough time and patience you might- especially if you were up in the very early AM hours like 2-6 in the morning.
DH and I would liken it to gambling.
