Anyone heard how Harry Potter lines have been as the week has progressed?

After reading about (and seeing pictures of!) the insanity at the opening of HP, I just wondered if anyone has been there the last couple of days to report on if crowds have continued to be that bad?

subscribing!!!! My friend is going there this Friday.. (and I was warning her of MK lines...) Then I just read one on here saying HP lines were something crazy like 7 hours!!!!!
