Anyone heading to the 'Jubilee Family Festival' in Hyde Park??

Hi guys,

Sorry if something about this has been posted before, but just wondered if anyone was going to Sainsbury's Jubilee Family Festival in Hyde park on June 2nd or June 3rd?

My friends and I will be going on the Sunday - let's hope we have nice weather on that weekend! We decided if not though, we'll whack out the Disney ponchos

Seems like there'll be lots of things going on during the day, but it's the '70 minute Disney finale' that caught our eyes! I'm hoping that's going to be a nice little Disney fix!

Ah Elaine, are you thinking about the 'main' Jubilee concert? I think I entered a draw for tickets for that too towards the beginning of the year, but assuming I was unlucky as I never heard anything.

This is different. Its a festival thingy for the Jubilee hosted by Sainsburys £20 a ticket from Ticketmaster

No, it's the Sainsbury's one I mean - it's the Disney finale that attracted me too!

The reason I haven't bought tickets is because I'm meant to be saving money this year and not spending it *sigh* I've already bought tickets for Phantom of the Opera next spring and really really want to go to the Harry Potter studio tour soon so am going to have to miss this one ..... unless I get lucky!

We have been thinking of going along to this, if DW can get time off work. That's the problem when you work at a hospital, people don't just get well and go home at weekends.

Would have loved to have gone to this but just couldn't fit it in ..working the Saturday and the Monday of that weekend so it would have been a day trip on the Sunday and it wouldn't have been worth it just for that ... hopefully they will show it online or on TV. Hope you have a great time. I know Sierra Boggess is singing in the Disney bit and she is a fantastic singer ( played Ariel on Broadway ) so it should be amazing.
