Anyone having trouble checking their room ressies on Dreams Unlimited website?

Why do these things always happen on a holiday when no one is around to help!

I posted an interim payment to my Dream Unlimited reservation today (totally forgetting it was the 4th) and then decided to check our balance and when I tried to log in they didn't have record of my reservation number. Eeek! So I decided to check to make sure my log in was right and when I put in my e-mail address and last name there was no record of us at all!!!

So now I am freaking out that our ressie is totally gone--I e-mailed the webmaster as instructed but am likely going to worry about this all day until the office opens tomorrow after the holiday. Has this ever happened to anyone? Was your ressie okay? Is there anything else I should do in the meantime? So bummed out and nervous right now.

I got into mine just fine today and my first ADR was posted as well.

Last week my neighbor had a few hours where she coudln't get in to hers but it's all fine now. And her itinerary had gone all whacky as well, but like I said just a few hours later and it was fine.
