Anyone having problems with target online ordering?

Im trying to place an order online at Target using the toy coupons and none of the coupons are working, It says valid starting 10/30. Wondering if anyone else is having problems with the coupons?

I was able to get the Lego code to work this past Sunday. Although I could only use it once in my account.

I used the Crayola one online on Tuesday. Same here with the once per account.

I called and they couldn't even add the coupon, so I went to the store this morning and got everything scanned the coupons and no problem. So who knows what the problem was.
