I’m wondering if anyone else is having a problem with their My Disney experience account in regards to dining reservations. I have been making and changing reservations through the app and I’m having a problem with the app continuing to show the original time I booked even though I have modified it to a different time. And it still shows one I cancelled. I get the confirmations for new time and cancel but when I look back at the app it shows the original time and still sowing the cancelled one. This seems to be happening with the new restaurant at Contemporary, Steakhouse 71.
I tried calling dining but was not willing to wait the 2:20 minutes so I quickly chatted with DVC and they told me what they saw on their end and the times were correct (and the one reservation that keeps showing up on my app that I cancelled is NOT showing on their end). So everything seems ok but my app is wrong. DVC said the “back systems” haven’t been communicating with the MDE app this week and said to wait it out for it to fix. Our trip is late October.
Anyone else having a similar issue. Any suggestions? Is there a MDE help line?
