Anyone having issues with the App?

We're going to DCA on Friday and I've been trying to use the app to track wait times and FP return times and for the last several days, the app just won't update the wait times and it's telling me that Fastpasses are unavailable for everything, no matter what time of day I look. I tried on my tablet and it was better, but still glitchy -- said there were no FPs available even early in the day. I updated the app, but that didn't help. I'm tempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, but concerned that I won't be able to reinstall if I do that (that happened with my last phone -- I uninstalled between vacations and the newer version wasn't compatible with my phone).
 
I was having trouble Friday and Saturday and had to uninstall and reinstall. It wouldn't show any wait or FP times. So frustrating when you're planning!

Unless you're running a really old OS, I'd just delete and reinstall.
 
I was able to go into the settings and clear the cache and data and the problem resolved without having to uninstall and reinstall, so hopefully that fix holds until Friday.
 

We were there on Saturday, and the app mostly worked fine for me, but I was never able to scan in my tickets so I couldn’t use maxpass. My sister had to buy it for me in her app, and she had to schedule everything all day. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and it never worked. But I could do everything else. Check wait times, menus, etc. just not maxpass.

This happened to my brother and me this past week. I had the tickets and maxpass on my phone, but we couldn't get them on his. We went to guest services and they were able to scan the tickets and maxpass onto his phone. They said this is a glitch in the system sometimes.
 
We were there Thursday, Friday, Saturday. My family members with android phones had the same issue. It worked great on my iPhone though!

We are going next week and I have tried, and failed, to link my husband's ticket to my app so many times I have lost count! I was able to add it easily to his app but it will not go into mine.

Thanks for letting me know that it isn't just something up with my phone, I guess I will be calling Disney IT tomorrow... joy.
 
Sometimes the app is off. My sister and I were there last week on Friday and app wait times were grossly off by up to 30 minutes and it threw us off.

Huh, we didn’t even think of going to guest services. If it happens again, we’ll try that. The same thing happened when we went in July, except it all worked on my phone and not my sisters.
 
Sometimes swiping it closed and relaunching helps. But i did have to uninstall/reinstall once.
 
I had the same problem as OP, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed it for me.
