Anyone having issues booking dining on MDE app?

Here now. Downloaded the newest update the other day. I can search for dining reservations, but every time I go to book, I scroll to the bottom of the page, click the box that I understand the rules but the green book bar never allows me to click it.

I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone and downloaded the app again. Restart again. Nothing seems to work.

Oddly, when I open a browser on my phone and go to MDE on the web, a lot of dining availability and times are different to what shows on the app. (Running searches are the same time too)

Can’t even log on to the MDE app on the boss’ phone as the keyboard won’t popup when you click in the password box to sign in.

We did on our trip last week. We were trying to book brown derby while in line for rotr and missed out on an 11am, 1130am, 12pm and a 12:45 pm reservation all with the same issue you described. I didn’t think of just trying via my
Phones web browser. We spoke with a cast member about it and he said we just kept missing out on the reservation and that someone booked it before I could. I think that’s not true as I’ve used the app many times to book things and have a lot of experience with it. Good luck making your reservations. We didn’t get to do brown derby that day (no walk up availability when we went)
 
So, this happened to me at my 60 day mark, and I know it sounds crazy, but the only way I could get the green bar to appear was to go into where it says country code before your phone number and choose Canada. Do not ask me why this works, but it does....Disney IT, I guess. :rolleyes2
 
Aaaaannnndddd....... that worked! Didn’t even have to change the country. I just clicked on the country code, pressed done and it worked. Thanks a lot for the tip!
