Anyone have the recipe for Grilled Atlantic Salmon Bruschetta

My wife and I ate at the Hollywood Brown Derby and she had the Grilled Atlantic Salmon Bruschetta and loved it. We have looked in our Disney Cook Book but couldn't find it. Does anyone have it.
