Anyone have the procedure of putting in a patent foramen ovale for repair of PFO?

I was recently diagnosed with PFO and am scheduled for this procedure? What can I expect?

Good morning, Kim. I know nothing about this procedure but know you'll be in good hands. I recall back a month or so ago your talking about a few strokes resulting from this condition. Good to hear you'll be getting it taken care of. I looked it up and see it involves a cardiac catheterization.

I've had 2 cardiac ablation to correct atrial fibrillation issues. Sounds maybe kind of similar? Kind of scary when they tell you about it, but I was in good hands also, all worked out great. It will for you also. You remain in my prayers, Kim. You'll do great.
