Anyone have sugarfree dessert recipes???

:thumbsup2 DH is diabetic and I am looking for some new sugarfree dessert recipes. I tried to make some tea cake cookies using splenda yesterday and they are awful. Quick, easy and great tasting is what I am looking for. Thanks for sharing!
 
I've made the "Great Pumpkin Pumpkin Pie" off the Splenda site and was pleased. (I use Pillsbury pie crusts). I also do alot of "cream pies" using various sugar-free pudding mixes along with sugar-free Cool-Whip.

Have also had success with this bread pudding recipe off of AllRecipes.com: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sugar-free-bread-pudding-with-whiskey-sauce/detail.aspx (Neither of us were crazy about the whiskey sauce, so we just eat it plain).

Mix a couple of tubs of Quark (very low fat cream cheese) with frozen raspberries and sweetener (equivalent to 50g icing sugar) to make a quick and healthy mousse - no raw egg so great for those who have to be careful!
 

Easy Strawberry Mousse

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Jello
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups sliced strawberries

BEAT cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended; set aside.
STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in small bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cold water; stir until slightly thickened. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating after each addition until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and the strawberries.
SPOON evenly into 10 small dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Top each with a dollop of the remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

You can change the fruit & jello to suit your taste or meal - orange, pineapple, blueberry, etc.
