Anyone have rental cars for Thanksgiving yet?

This will be my first year travelling to WDW over thanksgiving and I am curious what to expect for rental car rates. I am looking for either a full size, SUV, or minivan (whatever is the best deal I can get). I am trying to get a ball park figure of what a good rate would be for 1 week (friday before thanksgiving to the friday after). I have nothing to lose by putting in a reservation now since I can always cancel if something better comes along, but I am just curious what a good price would be.

Also, I am reluctant to compare this years prices to years past since I have read that rental car prices have increased with DME, and less people renting.

Since we go in October, I usually wait for the Entertainment book to go on sale at half price sometime in the early Spring, then reserve our car using those coupons. I continue to watch for specials and coupon codes, and frequently check MouseSavers.

When a better rate appears, grab it, then cancel your previous reservation. By doing this a couple of years ago, I was able to get a mid size for a week from National for less than $150!

I got a great rate for a mini-van for a week - $162.92 (pre-tax and fees) from Thrifty - renting from November 18th - 25th. I booked it early last week.
