Anyone have photos of souvenir ...

I thought this might be the best board for this question, but let me know if it's not (maybe Theme Parks is better?)

I read about collectible mini ride vehicles and Disney characters decked out for certain rides/parks (available especially in the gift shops they dump you out into after the big rides). These sounded like they'd be a lot of fun to collect, but I wasn't sure what they looked like.

Does anyone have photos of any of these that they could share? It would be nice to have an idea of which ones I might be interested in before we get there.

I think I read it in the Disney on a Dime book, and it said the ride vehicles were ~ $6 and the plush characters were ~ $8. Are those prices still about right?

I have not seen those for a long time. Although I have not looked for them either. So cannot say if they are available or not. Something is bound to be I would guess.
We own several, but I don't have photos of them.
What I have I bought years ago and bought at Disney outlet stores at various times. I probably have not bought any for at least 4 years, if not more.

Sorry, but the Disney Them Park Collection is almost extinct. Recently I have seen the Disney Transport bus and the Monorail, but the rest of the collection has been gone from shelves for some time.

This is one of my favorites! I took it out of the plastic bubble so I could get a decent image without flare (excuse the scanner dust please)... The front folds down just like the real thing!

My first thought was to advise you to look at eBay, but I was very surprised how few items, either current or ended auction, were listed and shown. Makes me wonder if the recent eBay seller policy changes and price hikes have taken their toll on the collectibles market.

I have about 26 different ones, but my collection is not complete. I have seen lists on this board so you may want to search to find how many there really are...

Bummer! Those sounded like some cool collectibles (and not terribly expensive, at least in a relative Disney sense.)

Saw this at the Contemp tonite. Different packaging but the toy is still the same. So is the price... $6.00! Wow, that's a bargain!
