Anyone have luck with good car rental deals for September from TAMPA?

I have been trying a lot of the codes listed here and wonder if they aren't working because they are specific to Orland airport?

Does anyone have any codes that would work for a sept date from Tampa?

We have 2 kids in car seats and 2 large suitcases, so probably a mid-size at least I assume we would need.
