I got my planning kit today!! Anyone have Julianna?

I have her. She was no my original planner she was reassigned to me. I just received my BEO from her. (Budget and Event Order).

What was included in your planning kit? The only thing in mine was cake pictures, cake prices, a list of officiants/cosmetologists, and a list of music the WP organist suggests (and a CD of music). Am I missing anything?

I don't know if anything is missing.. it seems like everything we need is in the packet - there is a lot of fine print that I read and found out things I was wondering. Do we not get a website? I thought we did, but I could be wrong.

It's pretty much a 20 page packet to print out. It just asks you specifics of what you want for your wedding. It gives you some information as to how much upgrades will cost you. It also provides songs used for the ceremony, officients, choice of transportation if you choose not to use the limo, cake choices.. places or people to get to to have your hair/makeup done, dress steaming, tux places, and how to get your marriage license.

Yes, intimate brides do get a website, you get it about a month after you turn in your planning kit.

Hi I have Juliana - but she doesn't seem to be replying to my emails recently I have sent her out planning kit and got a reply back just before christmas but since then I have heard nothing. I have had 3 coordinators so far.

Also still waiting for a date for our MK Photo Shoot to be confirmed.

I will warn you.........in my experience with Juliana......she is VERY SLOW to respond, but she always does. It is a bit nervewracking at times, I must say.

Thanks Tink! I know what you mean I am kinda impatient as the wedding is coming up now and I just like to have things all sorted out confirmed then I have nothing to worry about (well thats the plan anyway lol)

We had Julianna towards the end of the planning and she was great. On the day she put us so at ease and was thoughtful enough to save us our champagne cork and sheet music of our first dance. Her and Rosie really jumped through hoops to get things sorted.

I just got my planning kit today and I have Juliana too! Hopefully she will be nice and easy to deal with. That kit was long. It just kept printing and printing! I'm excited to fill it out.

It IS really long!!! I am excited to fill it out too. It's a little overwhelming - I must say. I am afraid to write something down wrong! What happens after you send it in? You get a website, then can change options on there?

My hubby and I just did our vow renewal on the 27 th of december, and we had Tanis for our wc, but she went on vacation just as we left to go to florida and she assigned juliana to us, well I could not have been in better hands, she was amazing and really sweet, It was as if she was even more excited than we were if that is possible. And even when just before the renewal my hubby lost his wallet with all the tip money and money for the reverend etc. She and the limo driver went out of their way and they actually found it on the parking lot of the hotel.
Don't worry you are in really good hands! Have fun everything will be magical!!!

Well I feel so disappointed with Juliana today I need to get this off my chest girls sorry. In our planning pack we specifically requested that our MK shoot take place after the wedding as we do not want to see each other in our attire before the wedding day and Juliana has booked it for the day of the wedding I feel that she hasn't taken the time to actually read anything that I have put in our planning kit at all.

I have emailed her back and am waiting for a response.

Is that because it is the only slot available?? Ours was booked for the day we fly home ( told by Amy this was the only one) & we would have been charged a rush fee to have the photos before we flew home, so Julianna moved it forwards 2 days. Then because that brought it forward by an hour they gave us 2 extra locations as compensation. I have had no response since the wedding (no photos on wedding website) which is not how thigs were before hand.

I have Juliana! She's really nice, and usually gets back to me pretty quick! Usually, an email is the best way to get her attention, but I always just check with a quick phone call! And I'm pretty sure if you contact her about the MK photo shoot, she might be able to either explain why she set it for that date or change it if it's a mistake...she might have also gotten things turned around and just written the wrong date. And about the wedding website, I have mine and have not finished my planning kit. I got it when I got the planning kit, but I had to ask about it! It's having problems right now! It used to be automatic and the info could be changed with the wishbook, but that's having problems as some of you may know and so you have to write an email with an exact description of everything you want on the site. (the color, the welcome statement, any reservations for rehersal dinners, etc.) Just drop her an email, that's all I did and everything was taken care of! HTH!

I have juliana as well and while we've only emailed once.. she seems pretty nice and fixed a problem with my website right away.

I did call and leave her a few messages and she never called me back but after I emailed her that seemed to work. I hope she's not going to be too busy cause I have a lot of questions and things I need to work out with her! (as I'm sure you all do too!)

Hi Girls,

Dont get me wrong she seems lovely and over every other part of the Wedding she has been great up to now. It has just got me more because I have sent off the wedding planning kit and didnt receive any feedback from it as I put things like the MK Shoot only being done after the wedding etc.. in it and I had to ask her twice to read it and have sent 4 emails regarding the date it will be taking place. So hence the slight disappointment with things at the moment.

Hopefully she will be able to get this changed to another date and everything will be fine.

We are renewing our vows in 23 days and we have had Juliana for over a year.

We met with her back in February of 2006 while we were in WDW and found her to be extremely knowledgable. Not only that but through the last 12 months she has been super to work with, she has guided us through the process and has accomodated many of our requests. She told us that at times it might be a while before she got back to us but like clock work, she always did.

Between her and Rosie (who has been wonderful in putting together our flowers and gifts) you will be in good hands.
