Anyone have issues with Tourico Holidays?

Through advice from these boards, I purchased some vouchers (dining, park tickets) with Last Minute Travel. They sent me a prompt e-mail, and charged my card. (I am not traveling to DL until July). Today I get an e-mail from Tourico Holidays (which is actually LMT, correct?) confirming a reservation for 7 days at Port Orleans Riverside Resort in Florida for tomorrow! And they said they are charging my card. I did NOT make this reservation!! I am freaking out right now, thinking someone got a hold of my cc # and reserved this under my name! I called them right away, and they told me to forward the e-mail to them, and I also called my bank which stated that nothing has been charged to my account yet. But I'm scared that this website is a scam now! Anyone have anything like this happen to them?

Yikes! I hope it gets figured out. I had a great experience getting tickets through LMT. I got the confirmation email immediately, card was charged correct amount the next day, voucher was emailed 6 days before we left on our trip. (And yes, the email/voucher have Tourico Holiday on them.) I took the voucher and ID to the ticket booth and had our tickets within 2 minutes. Maybe 3. It really was very smooth. No questions asked. I hope it turns out OK for you.

I also had a good experience with LMT. Hopefully it was just a mixup on their end - human error kind of thing - and they will get it worked out. Don't panic.

It sounds like an email address mix-up. They must have sent you someone elses confirmation. Did it have any of your other info (name, address, last 4 of cc)?

I didnt have any issues with our park hoppers in February.

I wouldnt worry, I would think its more likely an e-mail mixup on their end. Do give them a call. Its good that your card has not been charged, and if worse comes to worse you can take it up with your credit card.

YES! Had my DH's name on the reservation, which WAS odd, because I always use my name when booking anything. I forwarded the e-mail to them, but have not gotten a response as of yet. Until it is resolved, I will continue to freak out!

I understand your worry - I would worry too, but we just used them last week and everything was fine. They are a legitimate company - hopefully they will get it straightened out SOON

Actually, no. I never heard back from LMT or Tourico, but the good news is, no money was ever taken out of my account. So possibly the corrected the error without notifying me?
