Anyone have health insurance through Bluegrass Family Health? Opinions

We are looking to switch our (group) health insurance from Blue Cross - have received a very competitive quote for a PPO from Bluegrass - if you are insured through them, how do you like their service? Thanks!

We are insured through Bluegass Family, and quite frankly they are fine unless you need prescription coverage. We have had HUGE difficulty getting approval, many hoops to jump through. I have overall been unhappy with the company. Low premiums are great, but the coverage isn't!!
