We're heading to WDW on Thursday and splitting the vacation between a WH townhouse and Coronado Springs. The WH owner uses IPG as the mgmt company according to our welcome packet we received today. The unit itself has great reviews on Homeaway but the limited info I could find on IPG was not so hot. Main complaints were about the credit card hold and looking for reasons to charge for damages after checkout.
We're locked in at this point but just curious if anyone here has dealt with them.
