Anyone have any experience with Vacations By Rail?

I'm trying to find an idea for a trip for my parents for their 40th Anniversary. This is a very difficult task as they are not into anything in particular, have no interest in a beach, yet Mom gets bored easily!! We're in Maryland and I'd like to keep it somewhat close to the East Coast. I found a New England train tour by "Vacations By Rail" that looks really nice. But I know nothing about the company. Does anyone have any experience with them?
