I've been on a quest to find the best strawberry daiquiri 
To date, the very BEST is at the Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian, and the second best is served at the Lonestar Steakhouse.
Since I can only get a drink from the Tambu lounge once every 15 months or so, I thought it might be nice to find a good recipe I can make in my own blender at home.
I've tried the frozen one you get in the can at the supermarket (add your own rum) and it was bitter ! I ended up tossing it all down the drain (even after I tried to sweeten it up with some sugar!).
Do any of you have a good recipe you'd like to share? Thanks!
