Anyone have a MAC and having issue printing from coupons.com ??

I have a MAC and have always printed from coupons.com. But as of 4 days ago it told me I needed to install the coupon printer (dont know why it has always been installed).

I did so and it will not reconize it. I tried through both Safari and FireFox.

My DH has uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same issue. It shows it is installed then when I go to print it promtes me to install???

WTH is going on? I have never had these issues?

I have found that on my PC Coupons.com coupons print through Internet Explorer and Smart Source print through Firefox. My guess is that it has something to do the coupon managers.

I have never been able to print coupons from Coupons.com using either Firefox or Safari. I always have to use IE on my desktop.
I recently purchased a wireless printer to print coupons using my Mac laptop. I tried to print coupons out on Monday of last week and I encountered the same problem that you did. I got to a page that said I did not have the coupon printer program installed. I have tried installing it several times to no avail. Every time I try to print it takes me to the same page telling me to install the program.

Glad it wasn't just me! Have you tried installing firefox for Mac? That might help. (...Off to take my own advice!)

Yes!! I had to do three installs, and then it worked. But then every time I want to print coupons, I need to install again. I'm glad to hear it's not just me. And using Firefox/Opera doesn't make a difference.

I have trouble printing from one of the coupon sites, but can't remember which one. It just seems to take forever to load.
