Agree with the info about front desk, with one addition; they will very easily give info about care clinics, tend to be a lot less....... quick with the info about concierge options. They DO have the info, but don't supply when "just" asking about your medical options, IME.
Also agree with info about turner, nice thing about that is that it can be added to your room bill.
In case you decide to use concierge option; depending on need and situation, you might find them already having the medication with them and supply it right then and there. It not, they tend to offer pre-actively to fax to turner drugs and have them deliver to front desk.
