Anyone have a fav 3 bedroom via normal ressie w cancel? Try WDW but always null

Anyone have a favorite resort in the orlando area that offers 3 bedroom villa type units via the normal reservations process that permits cancellation?

I have tried WDW several times but they never seem to have 3 bedrooms villas open.

I don't want to deal with regular people because I don't think they have a way to cancel in the event of illness or emergency.

Marriott's Imperial Palms Villas, across I-4 in the Orlando World Center Marriott complex, has very nice 3BR villas. The Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort, right next door to CBR, also has 3BR villas.

I'll throw Floridays Resort on southern I-Drive near DS. Very affordable, clean and never had an issue staying there 8+ times. I had to cancel a few times with zero issues.
