We got one of these last summer from Circuit City. Funai ( I think) is the brand. The back of the TV/VCR wedges snugly in between the front bucket seats when the TV is sort of tilted so the front of the screen faces upward at about a 45 degree angle. I place a towel around the back of the TV to prevent squeaking/rubbing against the leather seats. Also, there are cup holders in the center of the floor of the rear seat area. We use a bunge cord across the top of the TV & hook it under the base of the cup holder/console area. I have a Durango with the 3rd rear seat & the TV can easily be viewed from both the rear seats. We bought a headphone adapter kit thingy which has an extension cord and a splitter so one kid can ride in the middle (actual 1st rear seat) & the other can ride in the back & they can both see & hear WITHOUT LOOKING AT OR TOUCHING EACH OTHER!!!! Road trips are now peaceful. I'm actually not dreading our 12 hour drive to Disney in December. Hope this helps.
Oh, one drawback, the passenger front seat can't recline once the TV is in place so I have to learn to nap sitting up.......
