I had the salmon the very day the new menu was introduced, and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was cooked well, especially for a counter service location where you might expect the level of cooking to be a little spotty.
While the flavor in the sauce that is brushed on the salmon was tasty, I thought the salmon needed a little something. I really wished I could have gotten a little side of the sauce it's cooked in. (Note, however, that I did not ask, so I don't know if that could have been accommodated or not.)
I ended up mixing some malt wine vinegar with a tartar sauce packet and I used that as a sort of impromptu sauce. (That may sound not so good to some of you, I realize, but I could eat malt wine vinegar on anything or possibly even just down a glass of it, so that sauce combo was acceptable to me.)
The broccoli was a little over-steamed and the cous cous was a little bland. I'd recommend some salt or something else you find palatable for the cous cous and hope that your broccoli portion is served up after a little less time in the steamer than mine spent in there.
Here is a picture I took of my plate of salmon:
Note that the chicken and fish combo basket they used to have on the menu was removed when the new menu items were added. RIP, my favorite menu item.

You can't even get it off the menu, as it were, as the register CMs have no way to ring it up anymore.
