Anyone had the concierge service offered for Grand Villa stays recently?

We got all of our requests @ the times we wanted for our trip which starts tomorrow.
In fact, as I was frantically selecting lightening lanes last Sunday at 4 a.m. my time I found myself wishing the concierge was offered for that as well . I guess it was good practice for getting up tomorrow for our very early flight .

My sentiments exactly!
