anyone going to buy an iPad?

I am anxiously awaiting the first week reviews. I know I will buy one, just not sure if I will get it within the first few weeks or not.....

If it was $200, I think it might have value, but in the market of Netbooks and Notebooks at the same price point (maybe not with an Apple logo on them) as iPad and that can have programs installed on them, not just filtered appstore apps, no.

IMO its not worth it, its missing a lot of features that would make it useful, like a camera, bluetooth, usb...

If they come out with a second generation for 1/2 the price (Which they probably will) and more features in a year or so, then it might be worth getting.

This is coming from a proud Iphone owner also.

Why oh why did Apple decide on this product rather than refreshing the MBP I'm to a point where I "need" a new laptop and wanted to wait for the refresh.... Hope mine holds out a little longer
