Anyone going the week of Easter? Did you get a good deal on your flight?

We are flying Delta from Columbus March 28 - April 2. We started watching fares in late summer and decided to go for it when we found flights for $217 in Oct. This was the cheapest we had seen for any flight itinerary from CMH to anywhere in central Fla. We have continued to watch our flights and they are now over $700! And that's with one stop going down and two coming home.

I was able to get Detroit to Orlando on Spirit for $225 (3/25 to 4/1). I was watching Spirit every week all summer, and on a Tuesday in October the fare went down to $225 so we grabbed it.

I think what drove up my airfare was that my return trip is on Apr. 3 - the Sun. after Easter. Huge travel day out of Orlando. I did find cheaper fare coming back a day or two early, but I wanted to stretch out my stay down there as long as possible.
