I about wrecked on my way to work when I heard on the radio that United had a computer glitch. The news person said some lucky customers signed on at the right time span to score round trip tickets priced between $1-$15 !!

I then thought I was going have to find a port-a-potty when he also said United commented that they would honor any ticket purchased during that window of time before somebody realized the error!

Is there anyone that personally got these deals, or know someone that did?

I am more than happy to by them if they can't use them and pay their "FULL" purchase price (:

I just read the full article, the tixs were priced at $0 to $10 before taxes and fees. Still they were under $25 each and yes my offer still stands. I will refund the full $25 if anyone can't use them!

You cannot use an airline ticket issued in someone else's name.

Go to the UA forum at FlyerTalk.com. You'll find many people bought tickets before UA's web site was shut down.

There is also already a thread in this forum on this same topic:

Sorry didn't see it was posted, as far as buying from someone else, that was totally tounge in cheek. But I'm realizing real quick that no matter what anyone posts, someone will critic what they write.

Not doubting that it was tongue in cheek, but you mentioned it in both posts and said in the second one that your offer still stands which would lead someone to believe that you were serious. I don't think anyone was being overly critical considering the way you worded it.

Someone did get them on here and posted a few days ago.

I didn't know anything about them.
