Anyone get calls for a great package deal to Orlando?

I have received calls about being selected for a great package deal in a luxury resort near WDW for 5 days/4 nights and then 4 days/3 nights in Daytona Beach. Includes tickets to a park of my choice.

The catch is they want to charge $388 to a credit card and then send you the information. You also have to attend a tour of their resort.

Has anyone actually gone on this vacation?

I refuse to give out my CC# to anyone that calls me up. They also had my email incorrect (just forgot one number in it, but still seemed odd).

Never done one of these, but have heard about it. Aside from the credit card worries the "tour of their resort" will be anything but a piece of cake. They will hard sell you to buy for hours on end.

Just say no!!! Sounds very suspicious, likely lots of small print items and potential issues.

I'm not saying it's a scam, but I don't give out my CC #to people that call me.

Not my kind of package anyway, I don't want to drive around Orlando on my own. I prefer to stay on site and let Disney do the driving.

Thanks Ted for the information from Nashville. It looks like they have decided they aren't getting enough takers on the deal so they have lowered the registration fee.

Hopefully, others don't fall for this.
