Anyone get $15 P. Hollywood credit when booked WDW room?

We got 2 since we booked 2 rooms. BUT we have DDP, ADRs every night...
can we use these for alcohol or merchandise?

We have never used these options before. Those are great questions!

It would be really cool to be able to use the credits for merchandise. I'd love to know the answer to this as well - we'd love to use ours on merchandise!

According to Allears, no- this voucher is for food and nonalcoholic beverage only. That would be nice, though.

Just got my WDW vacation package in the mail today. The Planet Hollywood voucher reads as follows:

Redeem this voucher at Planet Hollywood located in the Downtown Disney West Side to receive a credit of $15 valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages only. VIP preferred seating is available from 11 am - 6 pm. Voucher is required for redemption and is non-transferable. Dine in only. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Voucher not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotiona nd may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. Offer subject to change without notice. No value or to be used in conjunction with the Disney Dining Program. Valid one certificate per room. Valid for travel 1/1/07 thru 1/15/08.

Now all that being said, we were on the Dining Plan last year and received a voucher. I chose not to use my dining plan table service meal and use the voucher. I saved the table service meal for later on in our vacation.

That is what we did too. We were on the dining plan. So we all ordered meals, and my ds got the burger platter. We used the coupon for his meal and just took our other 3 meals off our dining plan.
But just because it worked last year doesn't mean it will work this year!

I'm curious about this also because we have 2 rooms booked for our family of 5 and received 2 $15 vouchers.
