Not getting many responses on the Transportation forum, so I'll ask my fellow Canadians:
I'm travelling in early November 2006 and have recently received a flight price on US Air from Bangor to Philly to Orlando of around $364 US everything in (which is about $419 Canadian).
Question #1: For those that have flown out of Bangor, is that about as good as it gets? Or should I wait for a better price? Delta has a better price ($363 Canadian in total), but I am leary of booking Delta right now...(or should I be?)...which kind of leads me to another question...(Question #2) if you book your flight on a credit card and the airline goes under or there is a strike, do I have any recourse?
I'm always worried about waiting and getting hours of travel that I am not crazy about...but then again, it's only February now and our trip is November...
I would really appreciate anyone's two cents on this...
