I truly love this forum. The wealth of information is amazing, and so are the people that participate.
So I went and came back and all went well.
Had to go to Toronto to check on my property (pre-covid I'd go every 2-3 months) after not being there for a long time
Flew from MCO - direct flight to YYZ, fully vaxxed, did ArriveCan, negative PCR. Was not selected for a test so went thru arrivals at Pearson in a breeze.
Back to FL was a breeze too - Car rental in TO (one-way car at Budget), drove to Peace Bridge, went thru in a breeze, officer only asked if I was vaxxed, no PCR test. Flight in BUF, back to the Sunshine state safe and sound.
For those considering coming to FL (or elsewhere) from the GTA, I **strongly** suggest driving to BUF and taking a flight there. The border is virtually empty (of cars, lots of trucks, but those are separate lanes anyway). BUF airport also deserted, going thru security was FAST, night and day when compared to the ZOO that is Pearson.
Anyway, thank you to those who replied.
