Best flying experience ever. As long as they keep the direct flights going between Buffalo and Orlando, that's our airline of choice, even if the price is higher than Southwest.

Wish Jet Blue had comparable prices flying out of PIT. PP's make it Jet Blue sound great. I'm flying out of Washington next trip so am trying Jet Blue for the first time, just hate the 6 hour drive home afterwards

Love love love Jet blue.

Last year, we were on the Magic cruise that got stuck at Castaway Cay ( 8 day cruise.....). We were booked on Jetblue to fly home and missed our flight.
People were frantic trying to change flights...get booked on new flights. So many had rebooked new flights at a substantial increase and paid change fees etc.

We took our chances and just showed up at the airport the day after our scheduled flight. We were willing to pay for new flights.
Jetblue said Disney asked them to take care of the passengers from the extended cruise, and they sure did. Put us on a flight the next day. We were expecting maybe standby. But no....actual seats the next morning.We had to book a hotel. That was it. We were sooooo happy with the customer service we received. So many were not as lucky, and paid a fortune with other airlines ( some Canadian friends were on Air Canada flights and couldn't get home due to the winter Olympics....out west). They were stuck for days and spent a fortune to get home. Delta and AA were not well liked by other cruisers we talked to either.

We will always remember how they took care of us.
