Anyone familiar with places to stay in the Fort Lauderdale/Florida Keys area?

I am looking for an efficiency or a one bedroom unit in the Fort Lauderdale or the Florida Keys area for Christmas (Dec 22-29) and New Years Eve (Dec 29-Jan 05) week. Since it is holiday season, the prices are sky high!!!!!!

So far I have looked at vrbo, vacation rentals, cyber rentals, skyauction.

I am getting NO WHERE fast!!!!

Any thoughts where we could stay for under $700 per week in either of these two areas?

Did you try hotelkingdom.com? You should be able to find one there for that price
