anyone familar with blepharophimosis ptosis (eye syndrome)?

Hi guys! I am doing some research on this syndrome. Anyone know anyone or have experience with this? The best way I can describe it is a "syndrome" or condition that one is born with that causes the eyes to appear small requiring some surgeries.

Oh yes, my DD was born with this, however it did not show up until she was two years old. She has not needed any eye operations. What the main problem was a crusting like on the eye's. I had to clean her eye's daily with a special solution. Nothing can be done about this. However she is now 19 and free from the crusting. I do know when she is not feeling well, as she gets a red ring around the rim of her eyes. I never heard of this before until my DD was born with it.
