Anyone ever wash their UGGS?

You know those boots...the sheep-skin inside?

Anyone ever have any luck washing these? Im reading mixed answers ' yes, you can ONLY hand wash, no you cant - Yes you can, in the washer - no you cant.

Since I generally wear them barefoot - theyve become a bit.... stinky.

I love these things though, and would hate to have to throw down a chunk of change just because my boots are funky.

Help?

I have Ugg clogs that have the sheepskin inside and I wash them with the special sheepskin cleaner that takes care of the smell.

handwash - I rub the cleanser on the sheepskin.

Sounds weird but even rubbing or brushing baking soda into the sheepskin and letting it sit helps with the oder. just shake them out real well.

ust a tip - if you buy a new pair and wear them with socks, they won't be so stinky.

Awww, I have been wearing UGGS since '89 and have never worn them with socks! Thats kinda of the whole point with the sheepskin lining
