Anyone Ever Use RS Transport for a Day Tour?

I hired RS Transport to bring us from CDG to DLPR in August since I read so many good reviews about them. I am considering hiring them to take us on a day tour to the WWII sites in Normandy since I don't want to drive and taking the train involves too many stops and changes from our hotel. I want the trip to be painless as possible. Has anyone ever used them for a trip outside of Paris? If so, would you recommend them, I'd like any info you could give since I emailed them for info and they did not give me a great deal of detail. thanks
