Anyone ever use MS for making airline reservations?

I'm getting ready to make airline arrangements for the cruise. Has anyone used MS to do this? Any benefit to using them?

I've used MS twice to make airline reservations. Both times, their price was about the same as on the internet but the selection of seats and the ability to get a paper ticket made it more attractive to buy through MS. Plus you get to listen to Disney music while you're on hold...

I have used them many times for my airline tickets. They have come in around the same price as my travel agent but I found that Member Services is excellent at letting me know if there is a change in the flight times. This is something I have found lacking in the travel agent and in the airline themselves. Disney will send you paperwork each time there is a slight adjustment.Plus I love the idea that I am using my membership for something else.

I tried Tuesday, but the sytem was apparently down Monday and Tuesday...so we called Delta direct.

I tried on Tuesday but the DVC airline reservation system was apparently down Monday and at least Tuesday morning.

We always make our airline ressies for DVC trips with MS. They have been very good. I have gottten very good deals on airfare depending upon how far ahead I book the tickets. (The further ahead the better the deal.) They have notified us when there were changes in flights or times.
I prefer electronic ticketing-no hassles with lost or mislaid tickets and easier to change when there are problems. Two years ago we were stuck for an extra night when the airports in NY were closed due to severe storms with dangerous winds. With the e-ticket we just called the 800 number for Delta-quick change to a flight the following day and no hassle standing in line with all the other folks who were in the same fix. Plus MS always gives us several copies of the itinerary so that we have one to leave with family/friends for information.

I've never used MS for airline tickets; I also find the price similar to the airline directly. And, because I do this all the time, I'm not sure that you can get any $$ adjustments if the airline runs a special. For example, I booked flights last year with USA and kept periodically checking back for better rates. On one occasion, it happened that they had discounted my particular class of ticket. My family saved $70 per ticket, in the form of a voucher for a future flight.
