Anyone ever use Best Fares for Air??

I was wondering if anyone ever heard of or used Best Fares to book a flight?? They have some good air prices for members and non members. Membership is about $60 per year but with the potential savings it's worth it. Thanks.

My Dad uses best fares for about all his travel. He has saved well over the $60 membership (they travel 4-5 time a year)
He has never had an issue that I am aware of.
