Anyone ever try to book dwl 2 bdrm 7 months out in august?

I am going to be booking okw my home resort 11 months out and I was just wondering if I might be able to book dwl at seven months out.

It is possible, if it's in Dec it will not be easy. Most other times if you call right at 7 mo. you should have a good chance.
You can also post on the rent and trade board for a trade with an owner at VWL.

Actually, you can't use points to stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge (DWL). BUt you can use points to stay at VWL (The Villas at Wilderness Lodge). You should be able to swap your reservation at 7 months for an Aug stay at VWL.
