Anyone ever tried to drop off early?

If we will only have a car a week or two BEFORE we check in at our WDW resort, can we drop off any packages at the front desk (when we get to Orlando while it is still convenient using the car)? Obviously nothing that needs to be cold but maybe suitcases and dry goods? Will they hold it for us for a week or two?

Thanks!

You would likely need to call and ask, but I wouldn't count on being able to do that.

Luggage services is constantly moving bags in and out daily - to expect them to store your stuff for a week or more is a bit unreasonable.

A medium size box, a suitcase will be OK. 95% of 'stuff' is in hotel storage is only for a few hours. Guest need /want their stuff.
you will need to have it labeled with your name, res number, ci dates for security purposes. AND tip the cast member.

Disney resorts typically allow guests to drop off luggage or packages ahead of time. They will hold them for you until you check in. However, it's a good idea to call your specific resort in advance to confirm their policy and ensure they can accommodate your request.
Just know that you can’t call the resort directly. Any resort number you call goes to a call center. Still makes sense to call in advance.

I don't know which hotel you're talking about, but I would think that typically you would leave stuff with Bell Services, not the front desk.
