Anyone ever travel from Vegas to Disneyland and back...

by car ? How long would this take , and is it worth it for a 2 day trip ? Any advice or reccomendations appreciated .

I live about 15-20 mins from disneyland, and do vegas weekend trips frequently. The drive is about 4 hours on a good day. It all depends if you stop on the way.

I would recommend not stopping, maybe for a really quick bite to eat. And it also depends on the way you drive. I've made it in 3,3.5 hours. But Average on 4.

Are planning the 2 days for just Las Vegas? Or is that including DL?
People come here from LA, CA all the time for the weekend.
If you just want the Strip experience then 2 days is enough.
Keep in mind this:

the I15 (the only major route to Las Vegas from CA) is closed at PRIMM on Wednesdays from 10am - 2pm due to road construction.

Go on-line to find hotel deals! THERE ARE PLENTY!

Last April, my wife and I flew to Vegas for our anniversary. We couldn't resist being only 4 hours from DL and decided to make the drive. We left one morning at about 5am and arrived around 9am. We had the whole day at the parks and even closed it down before heading back to Vegas. Since we had to stop a couple of times to keep ourselves awake we got back to Vegas at about 4am the next morning. We were totally wasted after that but it was still worth it.
