On my 2/21 Eastern, our neighbors kept taking the balloons off our door display. I had a birthday sign with some cutouts of balloons and a cake and party blowers. They took the balloons twice before I took them into our room. I was shocked. Not sure if they took them or if someone was playing a joke - but still...

That is terrible that people took the balloons off your door! We had a magnetic door sign too. Nobody ever took it, but it did seem to move around the door sometimes! You have to wonder about some people!
