Anyone ever sell gift cards?

I was thinking about selling some Great Wolf Lodge gift cards I have and a lot of gift card swap sites come up. Anyone ever use one of these?

We wanted to go to Great Wolf's Lodge but when I start pricing it out with four kids... well, I'd just rather put the money towards Mickey instead.

I don't know about the swap sites but you can sell gc on ebay. They usually go very close to the face value, too. I recently sold a babygap card that we hadn't had a chance to use ... It was a $25 card and the buyer paid $21. Not bad Good luck ...

someone posted on this board a few months back that she sold a GC on E-Bay. Sent it out registered (?) mail. the buyer claimed she never received the card and was going thru EBay to get her money back. Seller checked with the company that issued the GC and it was used.

Last I remember the seller said EBay was siding with the buyer and she was working with the PO on a postal fraud claim.

Just an FYI, I don't sell/buy on EBay so am not an expert.
